The 3Cs of a well-executed Leap
3C image.webp

Leaps don’t happen by accident. They’re built on curiosity, fuelled by courage, and sustained by connection.

They are the forces that are at the core of every meaningful leap:

Curiosity – the question or the Spark: What else is possible?

Courage – the Push: the decision to make a move

Connection – the Support: role models and peers - the reassurance that we’re not alone

Where they meet, transformation begins.

The Pathways of The Leap Studio are designed to deliver the 3Cs so you can transition with confidence. Discover the Pathways below.
